Accurate cuisine in detail, with traditional dishes (sausage platter of Presolana with porcini in oil, casonsei, chestnut gnocchi with wild boar ragout, rack of lamb with aromatic herbs) but also vegetarian menu.
Among the other specialties: asparagus bauletto with local cheese fondue; casoncelli ravioli with crispy pancetta and Parmigiano; bagoss cheese ravioli with tomato and marjoram; rack of lamb with mountain herbs; trout fillet au gratin with spring herbs; spicy pineapple carpaccio with lemon ice-cream; bag of puff pastry with strawberries and zabaglione.
During the summer there is an exhibition of Alpine cuisine in which several chefs from the entire Alpine arc perform in preparations in the hall.

Brunch at the Lounge Bar: Every Sunday from 12.30 to 15.00.
The Lounge Bar becomes the scenic setting of a very tasty Bergamo Brunch. A selection of recipes inspired by the flavors and ingredients of the regional tradition that culminate with a delicious collection of pastry masterpieces.

Aprés Ski: From 6 December to 4 April, every Saturday at h.18.00, at the Hotel Milano is expected the pleasant "Aprés Sky", a fun aperitif with music, to relax and have fun after a wonderful day of skiing - 10 euro per person including buffet.
In the strictly Christmas period, that is from December 26th to January 6th, the Aprés Sky will be daily.

The project, the result of the friendship and collaboration between Fabio Iannotta, general manager of the Hotel Milano, Pepi Mongiardino, owner of the Moon Import of Genoa and the prestigious Maison Philipponnat, brought the best of the Champagne region to the heart of the Orobie Alps.
The Champagnerie bears the prestigious name of the "Clos de Goisses", the flagship of the Champagne produced by Maison Philipponnat. In fact, the champagne "Clos de Goisses" is considered by connoisseurs the number one Champagne.
The French Wine Review in a dossier on the "Clos de Champagnes" defined it "... of a great personality, unmatched in Champagne".
